Zusammenfassung

Zwei Patienten mit obstruktiver Schlafapnoe werden vorgestellt und die Wertigkeit der Computertomographie in der Diagnose und Nachsorge hervorgehoben. Die Einengung des Oropharynx spielt eine Hauptrolle in der Pathogenese dieser Erkrankung und kann optimal mit der Computertomographie dargestellt werden.

Summary

Two patients with obstructive sleep apnoea are described and the value of computer tomography in the diagnosis and follow-up is stressed. Narrowing of the oro-pharynx is a major feature in the diagnosis of this condition and is best demonstrated by CT.
