Zusammenfassung
3 Patienten mit Neurofibromatose (Morbus Recklinghausen) wurden computertomographisch
untersucht. Computertomographisch konnten exakt die Ausdehnung und Lokalisation der
neurofibromatösen Tumorbildungen erfaßt werden. Bei einem Patienten ergab die Computertomographie
den Hinweis auf das Vorliegen einer malignen Entartung, die histologisch verifiziert
wurde. Das Erscheinungsbild einer Neurofibromatose, die mit einer Elephantiasis einhergeht,
wird dargestellt. Das therapeutische Vorgehen wurde bei jedem Patienten durch die
Computertomographie entscheidend beeinflußt.
Summary
Three patients with neurofibromatosis (Recklinghausen's disease) were examined by
computer tomography. In this way, the exact extent and localisation of the neurofibromatous
tumours could be demonstrated. In one patient, CT provided evidence of malignant change;
this was verified histologically. The appearances of neurofibromatosis associated
with elephantiasis is described. In each patient, treatment was significantly influenced
by computer tomography.
