Die Verankerungskräfte bei Knieendoprothesen in Abhängigkeit von der Konzeption und der Positionierung der Gelenke

Zusammenfassung

Die Beanspruchung der Knochenstruktur im Bereich der Verankerung einer Knieendoprothese ist abhängig von dem gewählten Prothesentyp und von der Positionierung des Gelenks relativ zu den Belastungsrichtungen. Vor allem das Ausmaß der Valgusstellung beeinflußt die Reaktionskräfte, die von der Prothese über den Knochenzement in die Skeletteile eingeleitet werden müssen. Anhand von einfachen Modellen wird diese Charakteristik für eine Schlitten- und eine Scharnierprothese dargestellt.

Abstract

The stresses in the bone structure caused by the anchoring of a knee endoprosthesis depends on the type of the implanted prothesis and on the positioning of the joint in respect to the directions of loading. The degree of valgus position at all has a relatively great influence on the reaction forces which have to be transmitted in the bone cement bone interface. Using simple modeis these characteristics can be clarified for hinged type joints as well as for condylar prostheses.
