Zusammenfassung

Ein Fall von doppelseitiger Osteochondrose des Metatarsalköpfchens I ist im doppelten Sinne interessant, weil zum zweiten Mal in der Literatur die histologische Bestätigung gelingt, zum anderen, weil eine Kombination mit einem einseitigen epiphysären Minderwachstum der Grund-phalanx I erneut Assoziationen zum Formenkreis des Hallux rigidus weckt.

Abstract

A case of bilateral osteochondrosis of the head of the first metatarsal shows two interesting aspects:

  1. The second time in literature a histological verification is gained.

  2. A combination with one-sided epiphyseal undergrowth of the proximal phalanx I inspires new associations to hallux rigidus and similar diseases.
