Abstract
Temporaiis muscle asymmetry is a bothersome complication of pterional craniotomy,
resulting from atrophy, malposition, and unreliable fixation. The authors describe
a simple, quick, and inexpensive technique to achieve firm, anatomic reapproximation
of the temporalis muscle to its bone attachment.
