The technique and laboratory set-up described allow the embolization of thin-walled, transparent silicone aneurysm modeis under “semi-physiologic” conditions, i.e., in a closed circulation with pulsatile flow and pressure, simulating the hemodynamic conditions encountered in biologic systems.
