Zusammenfassung

Der Kupfergehalt von Astrozytomen und Glioblastomen wurde fotometrisch mit Cuproin bestimmt. Es zeigte sich, daß das Peritumoralgewebe der Glioblastome mehr Kupfer enthält als das entsprechende Tumorgewebe. Bei den Astrozytomen wurde dagegen im Tumorzentrum ein höherer Kupfergehalt festgestellt.

Summary

The copper content of astrocytomas and glioblastomas was investigated by the cuproin-method. It could be shown, that the peritumoral tissue of glioblastomas contains more copper than the tumour tissue itself. In astrocytomas, on the other hand, more copper was detected in the central parts of the tumours.
