Summary

A case of an aneurysm of an azygos anterior cerebral artery operated on succesfully is reported. The embryogenetic features of this rare vascular malformation and the diagnostic and surgical problems are discussed.

Fallbericht über ein Aneurysma der azygotischen A. cerebri anterior, das erfolgreich operiert wurde. Die embryogenetischen Faktoren dieser seltenen Gefäßmißbildung und die diagnostischen und chirurgischen Probleme werden erörtert.
