Multiple Meningiome in verschiedenen Etagen der zerebro-medullären Achse

Zusammenfassung

Es werden zwei Patientinnen mit je zwei Meningiomen beschrieben, deren Besonderheiten in der zweizeitigen Entstehung und ihrer weit auseinanderliegenden Lokalisation im supratentoriellen und spinalen Raum liegen. Die Möglichkeiten einer Liquordisseminierung, einer multifokalen Entstehung und dem Malignitätsgrad werden beschrieben.

Abstract

Two cases, each with two meningiomas are reported. Their peculiarity consists in the fact that the different tumours developed at different times and in widely separated locations in the supratentorial and spinal regions. The possibility of dissemination via the cerebrospinal fluid and of a multifocal origin is discussed, as well as the grade of malignancy.
