Summary

The authors clinical experience in the continuous subarachnoid monitoring of ICP (SaP) is reported. It is stressed that the outline and the absolute pressure values of the recordings are not significantly affected by CSF leakage.

No complication was observed in any of the monitored cases.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die klinischen Erfahrungen der subarachnoidalen Dauerdruckmessung des ICP (SaP) berichtet. Es wird betont, daß die relativen und absoluten Druckwerte während der Messung nicht wesentlich durch Liquorverluste beeinflußt werden.

In keinem der untersuchten Fälle gab es Komplikationen.
