Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Fall eines riesigen Tentoriummeningeoms mit gleichzeitigem Vorkommen von 2 sackförmigen arteriellen Aneurysmen der benachbarten A. temporo-occipitalis beschrieben. Probleme des ursächlichen Zusammenhangs Tumor/Aneurysmen sowie der klinischen Verlaufsformen (insbesondere apoplektiformer und oligosymptomatischer Verlauf) werden diskutiert.

Summary

A case is described of an immense meningioma on the tentorium cerebelli and two concomitant saccular aneurysms of the temporo-occipital artery. The author discusses the problems of the causal relationship of brain tumours and brain aneurysmas, also the clinical evaluation (especially apoplectiform and other minor Symptoms).
