Summary

Description of a case of thoracic chondrosarcoma which produced compression of the thoracic cord. The clinical, radiological and pathological features of the tumour are discussed together with the surgical treatment that has yielded the best long-term results.

Zusammenfassung

Beschreibung eines thorakischen Chondrosarkoms, das eine Kompression des Brustmarks verursachte. Die klinischen, radiologischen und pathologischen Aspekte des Tumors werden diskutiert, zusammen mit derjenigen chirurgischen Behandlungsweise, die die besten Langzeitergebnisse hat.
