Summary

A case of a calcified aneurysm of the posterior cerebral artery is reported. Frequency, aetiology, pathology, diagnosis and treatment of these aneurysms are discussed.

Es wird über einen Fall eines verkalkten Aneurysma der A. cerebri posterior berichtet. Die Häufigkeit, Pathologie, Diagnose und Behandlung dieses Aneurysma wird besprochen.
