Zusammenfassung
Die 3 klassischen Bilder der retinalen Angiomatosen werden in ihrer klinischen Symptomatik
dargestellt. Bei frühzeitiger Diagnose läßt sich in vielen Fällen die sonst unvermeidliche
Progression zu totaler exsudativer Amotio, Sekundärglaukom und Amaurose durch gezielte
Licht-, Laser- oder Kryokoagulation aufhalten.
Die Prognose ist am besten bei der Leberschen Miliar-Aneurysmen-Retinits, wesentlich
unsicherer bei der von Hippel-Lindauschen Angiomatose und der Coatsschen Angiopathia
retinae.
Summary
The three classic angiomatoses of the retina are described according to the clinical
picture. If early diagnosis is possible, then the inevitable progression to exudative
retinal detachment and secondary glaucoma may be avoided by extensive coagulation
with laser, xenon or cryopexy. Prognosis is best with Leber's retinitis, much less
so in cases of von Hippel-Lindau angiomatosis and primary Coats' disease.
