Zusammenfassung
Die topographisch-anatomische Situation des „Sulcus ciliaris” wurde mit verschiedenen Methoden untersucht. Am besten geeignet zur räumlichen Darstellung dieser Region ist das Tessovar und das REM. Die Untersuchungen legen den Verdacht nahe, dass häufiger als vermutet, die Haptik von i. o. Linsen nicht - wie geplant - im Sulcus ciliaris zu liegen kommt.
Summary
The topographic-anatomic state of the sulcus ciliaris was examined by different methods. The best way of demonstrating this region three-dimensionally is by means of the Tessovar and the scanning electron microscope. Th investigations strongly suggest that - more often than suspected - the haptics of intraocular lenses do not come to lie in the sulcus ciliaris, as intended.
