Zusammenfassung
Die Verlaufsformen der Migräne sind mannigfaltig. Beidseitige Papillenschwellungen mit Flächenblutungen sowie binasale Quadrantenausfälle sind im Rahmen einer Migräne als außergewöhnliches Ereignis anzusehen.
Summary
Migraine can be responsible for a wide variety of clinical symptoms. Bilateral swollen optic discs associated with retinal hemorrhages and binasal quadrantanopsia during migraines occur only very exceptionally.
