Amaurose mit Ophthalmoplegie: 2 ungewöhnliche Fälle

Zusammenfassung

Eine akute oder subakute unilaterale totale Ophthalmoplegie mit Amaurose kommt sehr selten vor. Zwei ungewöhnliche Fälle werden beschrieben: Bei einem Patienten lag ein atypisches Tolosa-Hunt-Syndrom vor, im anderen Fall entwickelte sich die Symptomatik unmittelbar nach einer thermokontrollierten Elektrokoagulation des Ganglion Gasseri.

Summary

Acute or subacute manifestation of unilateral complete ophthalmoplegia with amaurosis is extremely rare. Two unusual cases are described: One patient had an atypical Tolosa-Hunt syndrome, while in the other case the symptoms developed immediately after thermally controlled electrocoagulation of the Gasserian ganglion.
