Bei einer 74jährigen Patientin mit plötzlichem Sehverlust findet sich ein normales ERG und hochgradig pathologisch reduzierte VEP's. Das Computertomogramm bestätigt einen beiderseitigen Erweichungsherd im Versorgungsbereich der Arteria cerebri posteriores.
Summary
In a 74-year-old patient with sudden loss of vision the ERG was normal while the VEPs were highly pathologic. CT confirmed a bilateral vascular lesion in the perfusion area of the posterior cerebral arteries.
