Die Autoren berichten über die Verwendung von autologen Ohrknorpeltransplantaten im
Rahmen des Kuhnt-Mellerschen Verfahrens gegen das Ektropium. Als Indikation wird mangelnde
Stabilität der Tarsusplatte angesehen. Die Methode hat sich in 3 Fällen von Ektropium
spasticum bzw. paralyticum bewährt.
Summary
The authors report on the transplantation of auricular cartilage grafts in the Kuhnt-Meller
ectropion operation to stabilize the tarsus. In three cases with spastic and paralytic
ectropion the technique was successful.
