Castleman-Lymphom des Retroperitoneums

Das Castleman-Lymphom ist eine seltene, gutartige, tumorförmige Lymphknotenerkrankung, die sich nur sporadisch im Retroperitoneum manifestiert. Anhand der Kran-kengeschichte eines 36jährigen Mannes mit einem parailiakal im Retroperitoneum gelegenen derartigen Tumor werden das klinische Bild, die morphologischen Befunde sowie die Pathogenese und Differentialdiagnose erörtert.

Abstract

An Unusual Retroperitoneal Pelvic Mass. Castleman's lymphoma is a benign lymphnodal disease, rarely localized in the retroperitoneum. We report a case of the hyaline-vascular type of Castleman's lymphoma, presenting as an unusual pelvic retroperitoneal mass. The pathology and clinical picture of Castleman's lymphoma are discussed and a review of the literature is presented.
