Zusammenfassung:

Ein perirenales Urinom mit konsekutivem Urinaszites ist eine extrem seltene Komplikation bei angeborenen obstruktiven Uropathien. Es wird in erster Linie bei posterioren Urethralklappen beobachtet und betrifft bevorzugt Niereneinheiten mit vesikorenalem Reflux (VUR). Wir berichten über einen Knaben, der unmittelbar postpartal durch ein perirenales Urinom und Aszites auffiel. Nach suprapubischer Harnableitung kam es zur vollständigen Rückbildung des Urinoms und zur Normalisierung des Serum-Kreatinins.

Abstract

In most cases, perirenal urinomas are observed in patients with posterior urethral valves, presumably at the side of vesicorenal reflux. We report a boy who presented with ascites, edema and unilateral perirenal urine extravasation immediately after birth. Serum creatinine increased within the first 15 hours of life. After suprapubic cystostomy the urinoma completely resolved and serum creatinine normalized.
