Eine weitere, einfache, antirefluxive Harnleiter-Darmwand-Anastomose

Mit einer einfachen Implantationstechnik glauben wir, die Harnleiter-Darmwand-Anatomose mit optimalem Schutz vor Reflux und narbiger Stenosierung zu versehen. Hierbei wird das Dach des antirefluxiven Tunnels aus evertierter Harnleiterwand gebildet. 135 Harnleitereinheiten wurden bisher implantiert, keine davon mußte korrigiert werden. Die Methode eignet sich gleichermaßen für normalkalibrige und dilatierte Ureteren.

Abstract

A simple technique for ureterointestinal anastomosis with perfect reflux protection and obviously excellent resistance to scarring stenosis is demonstrated. The roof of the antirefluxive tunnel is formed by the everted, spatulated ureter wall. 135 ureters have been managed in this way, none has had to be corrected in the meantime. The method is suitable in both normal calibre and dilated ureters.
