Zusammenfassung

Es wird über 8 Fälle des Mondor-Syndroms berichtet. Es ist wichtig, daß der Radiologe dieses Bild, das sich vorwiegend klinisch als typische Hauteinziehung darstellt, kennt. Eine typische Hauteinziehung mit negativem Mammogramm, d. h. kein suspekter Verdichtungsherd, erlaubt die Diagnose „Mondor-Syndrom”.

Summary

This report is based on eight patients with Mondor's syndrome. Its main clinical findings is linear retraction of breast skin probably due to thrombophlebitis or lymphangitis. The final diagnosis of Mondor's syndrome implies exclusion of breast cancer by mammography. A differen tial diagnosis of this entity is discussed.
