Zusammenfassung

Das mammographische Spektrum von Metastasen in der Mamma wird anhand von 43 Patienten mit histologisch gesichertem Befund dargestellt. Hämatogene Metastasen erscheinen im Mammogramm als scharf begrenzte Knoten, die lymphogene Metastasierung manifestiert sich als Verdickung der Kutis sowie als retikuläre Verdickung der Subkutis und des Drüsenkörpers. Metastasen von hämatologischen Systemerkrankungen können sowohl in nodulärer als auch in diffuser Form auftreten.

Summary

The mammographic spectrum of metastases in the breast is illustrated by 43 cases with histologically confirmed findings. Haematogenous metastases appear as sharply demarcated foci, lymphogenous metastases produce thickening of the skin and reticular thickening of the subcutis and of the glandular tissue. Metastases from systemic haematological disease may appear in nodular or diffuse form.
