Doppelkontrastuntersuchung der zuführenden Schlinge des Billroth-II-Magens

Zusammenfassung

Bei der Doppelkontrastuntersuchung des Billroth-II-Magens ermöglichen in 82 % aller Fälle gezielte Maßnahmen eine Darstellung der zuführenden Schlinge. Es wird über die Erfahrung von 140 derartigen Untersuchungen berichtet. Besonders bewährt hat sich dieses Verfahren vor jeder Umwandlungsoperation, bei der Suche nach Rezidivulzera oder einem Antrumrest. Die plastische Darstellung der zuführenden Schlinge gibt Auskunft über die anatomischen Verhältnisse und trägt häufig dazu bei, Beschwerden nach Billroth-II-Resektion zu klären, zumal dann, wenn sich endoskopisch die Schlinge nicht einsehen läßt.

Summary

In 82 % of all cases, special steps in the double-contrast examination of the Billroth II stomach make it possible to show the afferent loop. We report about the experience on 140 of these examinations. This method was specially successful before every reoperation, in the search for recurrent ulcer or a retained gastric antrum. The complete visualization of the afferent loop gives information about the anatomic relations and often the possibility to clear up troubles after Billroth II gastroenterostomy, especially when it is not possible to endoscopy the loop.
