Zusammenfassung
Es wird über einen Fall mit bilateraler Nierenarterienthrombose durch zirkulären Intimaeinriß nach stumpfem abdominellen Trauma berichtet. Weitere 15 publizierte Berichte werden tabellarisch dargestellt, Unfallmechanismus, klinische Symptomatik und Verlauf sowie die Wertigkeit verschiedener diagnostischer Techniken diskutiert. Die prognostische Bedeutung einer frühzeitig und gezielt durchgeführten röntgenologischen Diagnostik mit Betonung der Angiographie wird hervorgehoben. Ausführliches Literaturverzeichnis.
Summary
A case of bilateral renal artery thrombosis due to circular rupture of the intima following blunt abdominal trauma is reported. A further 15 published cases are tabulated. The pathogenetic mechanism, symptoms, course and value of various diagnostic techniques are discussed. The importance of early and specific radiological diagnosis is stressed and the value of angiography is pointed out. The literature is quoted extensively.
