Die indirekte Lymphographie am Auge und im Gesichts-Hals-Bereich mit Iotasul im Tierexperiment

Zusammenfassung

Mit dem wasserlöslichen Röntgenkontrastmittel Iotasul lassen sich tierexperimentell (Hund) erstmalig in vivo die Lymphabflußwege der Bindehaut und der Lider mittels indirekter Applikation bis zum Truncus jugularis darstellen. Durch die simultane Kontrastmittelinfusion an mehreren Stellen wird die Gesichts-Hals-Lymphographie wesentlich erleichtert.

Summary

For the first time the lymphatic pathways of the conjunctiva and the eyelids of dogs could be presented in vivo with the water-soluble X-ray contrast medium Iotasul. By means of indirect application the lymph flow could be demonstrated up to the truncus jugularis. Because of the simultaneous infusion of the contrast medium at different points the lymphography of the face- and neck-region is considerably facilitated.
