Zusammenfassung

Anhand von 3 Fällen wird das charakteristische sonographische Bild intramuraler Duodenalhämatome beschrieben. Es wird zwischen der intramuralen Blutungszyste und der diffus-blutigen Infiltration der Duodenalwand unterschieden und auf die sich daraus ergebenden therapeutischen Konsequenzen hingewiesen.

Summary

The characteristic sonographic appearance of intramural duodenal haematomas is described in three cases. Cystic and diffusely infiltrating intramural haematomas should be differentiated, and the resulting consequences for treatment are pointed out.
