Bildgebende Diagnostik fokaler Läsionen der Gallenblasenwand

Zusammenfassung

Die zunehmende Verbesserung der Bildauflösung der Sonographie führt zur häufigeren Diagnose polypoider Wandläsionen der Gallenblase auch beim beschwerdefreien Patienten (6 % von 1023 simultan radiologisch und sonographisch untersuchten Patienten). Nach Darlegung der Pathologie und Differentialdiagnose werden die Grenzen der optischen Differenzierung fokaler Wandveränderungen erörtert. Anhand der eigenen Ergebnisse und der Literatur wird ein diagnostisch-therapeutisches Konzept empfohlen.

Summary

The increasing resolution capacity of real-time ultrasonography has led to increased diagnosis of polypoid lesions of the gallbladder wall in symptomless patients (6 % of 1023 patients examined both radiologically and sonographically). The pathology, differential diagnosis and the limits of visual differentiation of these lesions are discussed. On the basis of our own results and those reported in the literature, a diagnostic-therapeutic concept is developed and discussed.
