Zusammenfassung

Serien-Computertomographien nach intravenöser Kontrastmittelapplikation in Bolusform stellen eine wichtige Weiterentwicklung der computertomographischen Diagnostik dar. Die apparativen Voraussetzungen und die Untersuchungsmethodik werden vorgestellt. Erfahrungen an 281 Untersuchungen erlauben eine erste Stellungnahme. Die Zusatzinformationen für die morphologische sowie die Ansätze einer funktionsdynamischen Diagnostik werden erörtert.

Summary

Serial computed tomography following intravenous bolus injection of contrast agent is an important development in computed tomographic diagnosis. The technical necessities and methods of examination are discussed. Our experience with 108 examinations is evaluated. The additional information in terms of morphology and function is described.
