Die Computertomographie des normalen Larynx

Zusammenfassung

Die computertomographische Normalanatomie des Larynx und der angrenzenden Strukturen wird dargestellt. Dabei wird insbesondere auf die Bedeutung der Computertomographie zur Beurteilung des präepiglottischen und paraglottischen Raumes hingewiesen, die mit keiner anderen Methode zuverlässig beurteilbar sind. Die Untersuchungstechnik wird anhand von Untersuchungen an einer Leiche und an Patienten diskutiert.

Summary

The normal computer tomographic anatomy of the larynx and neighbouring structures is illustrated. Special attention is paid to the pre-epiglottic and para-glottic spaces, which cannot be adequately demonstrated by any other method. The technique is discussed with examinations done on a cadaver and on patients.
