Zusammenfassung

Anhand eines ausgewählten Kollektivs von 10 Patienten mit osteosynthetisch mit kortikospongiösem Material versorgten Defektfrakturen kann gezeigt werden, daß durch direkte Röntgenvergrößerungsaufnahmen eine bessere und sicherere Beurteilung der ossären Einbauvorgänge möglich ist. Trabekuläre Knochenstrukturen sind durch diese Technik erkennbar, ihre Veränderungen in Konfiguration und Lage bei Einbauvorgängen ist beurteilbar.

Summary

Ten patients who had had osteo-synthetic repairs of bone defects carried out by means of bone grafts were studied. It was shown that magnification radiography permitted better and more complete evaluation of the healing process. Trabecular bone structure can be recognised and changes in the configuration and position of the trabeculae during their incorporation into the bone can be evaluated.
