Computertomographie zur Durchführung einer Nadel-Saugbiopsie der Lunge und des Mediastinums

Zusammenfassung

Bei der Computertomographie erscheint das Bild des Thorax in transversaler Ebene. Dies ermöglicht eine leichte und präzise Lokalisierung und Tiefenberechnung der Lunge und der Verletzung des Mediastinums zur Vornahme einer Biopsie. Damit wird eine genaue Überwachung der Nadelspitze innerhalb der Läsion und dadurch ein positives Ergebnis der Biopsie gewährleistet. Die Verfasser beschreiben die Anwendung der Computertomographie bei der Planung und Durchführung der Nadel-Saugbiopsie in der Lunge und im mediastinalen Gewebe. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchungen an 105 Patienten werden besprochen und der Stellenwert der Methode beurteilt.

Summary

Computed tomography displays the image of the chest in a transverse plane; therefore localization and depth calculation of the lung and mediastinal lesions to be biopsied can be done easily and in a precise manner. Use of computed tomography for guiding the biopsy procedure itself ascertains control of the needle tip inside the lesion and assures a positive result of the biopsy. The procedure of using computed tomography for the planning and guiding of fine needle aspiration biopsy in lung and mediastinal masses is described. The results in 105 patients examined are discussed and the value of the method is assessed.
