Abstract

Percutaneous techniques, including intraarterial infusion, embolization, and direct imaging-guided injection, play a role in the treatment of musculoskeletal neoplasms by reducing the size and vascularity pre-operatively, palliating pain, and treating unresectable tumors. Indications, techniques, and clinical outcome are reviewed.
