Abstract
This article details the use of stent grafts for the treatment of iliac and femoropopliteal occlusive disease. The authors describe their experience with different stent graft systems for the treatment of long segmented femoropopliteal artery occlusions and discuss the results. Literature reports using stent grafts in iliac artery lesions are discussed. A comparison of the available literature data with noncovered stents and stent grafts in iliac and femoropopliteal lesions is given.
