Zusammenfassung
Pharmakodynamischen Tests zur Differenzierung pupillarer Störungen kommt eine wesentliche Bedeutung in der neuroophthalmologischen Diagnostik zu. Allerdings gelingt damit nicht immer die eindeutige Zuordnung einer Anisokorie. Möglichkeiten der Fehlinterpretation sowie Ursachen für das gelegentliche Versagen der Tests werden angeführt.
Summary
Pharmacodynamic tests to differentiate pupillary disturbances are of considerable importance in neuroophthalmological examinations. However, they do not always enable anisocoria to be diagnosed beyond doubt. The possibility of misinterpretation and causes of occasional failure of the tests are mentioned.
