Zusammenfassung

Bei 18 Patienten mit malignem Melanom der Aderhaut wurden der Haptoglobingehalt im Serum vor und die Tumorgröße nach Enukleation bestimmt. Eine Korrelation zwischen Tumorgröße und Höhe des Haptoglobinspiegels kann angenommen werden.

Summary

In 18 patients with malignant melanoma of the choroid the serum haptoglobin level before, and the size of the tumor after enucleation were examined. It may be assumed that there is a correlation between tumor size and haptoglobin level.
