Zusammenfassung
Durch den positiven Ausfall des Casoni-Hauttests wird die Verdachtsdiagnose Echinokokkuszyste subretinal bei einer 40jährigen Patientin bestätigt. Eine Laserkoagulation der zentral gelegenen Zyste bringt eine rasche Resorption des Zysteninhalts und Abheilung.
Summary
Casoni's interdermal test was positive in a 40-year-old woman patient, confirming the diagnosis of a subretinal echinococcus cyst. Coagulation with the argon laser brought about a rapid resorption of the contents of the cyst, which was centrally located.
