Leiomyom der Harnblase - Differentialdiagnostik und Therapie

Zusammenfassung

Das Leiomyom der Harnblase rangiert unter den seltenen benignen Harnblasentumoren an erster Stelle. Die Symptomatik gleicht mehrheitlich der maligner Tumoren, dysurische Beschwerden sind häufig. Abhängig von Tumorausdehnung und Lokalisation können obstruktive Symptome durch Verdrängung von Nachbarorganen (Harn- und Intestinaltrakt) hinzukommen. Anhand zweier Kasuistiken werden die Prinzipien von Differentialdiagnostik und Therapie exemplarisch dargestellt. - Bei einer Patientin war wegen der geringen Tumorausdehnung eine Tumorenukleation möglich, im anderen Fall erfolgte aufgrund des Tumorvolumens eine radikale Zystektomie mit kontinenter Harnableitung.

Abstract

Vesical leiomyoma is the most common tumor among the rare benign tumors of the bladder. The symptoms are more or less the same as for malignant tumors: dysuria is frequent. Depending on the size of the tumor and its localization obstructive symptoms due to compression of neighbouring organs (urinary tract, intestine) can occur. The presentation of two cases of vesical leiomyoma demonstrates the principles of differential diagnosis and therapy: One patient was treated by tumor enucleation because of the small size of the tumor, the other patient underwent radical cystectomy and continent urinary diversion due to tumor volume.
