Idiopathische retroperitoneale Fibrose (Morbus Ormond) - eine seltene Ursache der Urämie

Zusammenfassung

Bei einer Patientin, die unter dem klinischen Bild einer Anurie notaufgenommen wurde, stellte sich nach diagnostischer Abklärung eine retroperitoneale Fibrose als Ursache der beginnenden renalen Insuffizienz heraus. Nach Ureterolyse und Intraperitonealisierung beider Ureter war die Patientin beschwerdefrei. Die Ursache der retroperitonealen Fibrose muß in diesem vorgestellten Fall idiopathisch bleiben. Der Fallbeschreibung folgt eine Aufstellung der wesentlichsten Symptome der retroperitonealen Fibrose. Eine Übersicht über Differentialdiagnosen und Therapiemöglichkeiten des Morbus Ormond in der Literatur erfolgt.

Abstract

Diagnosis of a female emergency patient who was admitted to hospital with the clinical pattern of anuria revealed retroperitoneal fibrosis which had caused the onset of renal insufficiency. After ureterolysis and intraperitonealisation of both ureters, the female patient was shown to be symptom-free. The cause of the retroperitoneal fibrosis could not be detected in this case. The case report is followed by a list of the most important symptoms of retroperitoneal fibrosis. A survey of differential diagnoses and methods of therapy of Morbus Ormond are presented.
