Obstruktive Uropathie mit Todesfolge - seltene Komplikation einer kindlichen Harnröhrenverletzung

Zusammenfassung

Vorgestellt wird die Krankengeschichte eines Jungen, der im Rahmen eines Polytraumas eine Beckenfraktur mit supradiaphragmalem Harnröhrenabriß erlitt und an den Spätfolgen der Harnröhrenverletzung, in Form einer obstruktiven Uropathie, verstarb. Anhand des vorgestellten Falles werden das Vorgehen zur primären Versorgung einer proximalen Harnröhrenruptur und endoskopische Therapieoptionen der posttraumatischen Striktur der proximalen Urethra unter Berücksichtigung der Besonderheiten beim Kinde diskutiert.

Abstract

We report the case of a boy who suffered complete traumatic disruption of the membraneous urethra and died of the resulting obstructive uropathy. Considering the present case, the primary management of traumatic posterior urethral injuries and the endoscopical treatment modalities of posttraumatic membraneous urethral strictures in childhood are discussed.
