Das Duct Bellini-Karzinom

Zusammenfassung

Anhand von zwei klinischen Fällen wird über ein atypisches Adenokarzinom der Niere berichtet. Im ersten Fall handelt es sich um eine 26jährige Patientin, die mit akuten Flankenschmerzen und Makrohämaturie zur Aufnahme kam und deren Krankheit innerhalb von 3 Monaten letal verlief. Bei einer zweiten Patientin, die 70 Jahre alt war, wurde das Karzinom erst sekundär diagnostiziert, nachdem ein perirenaler Abszeß mit einer langdauernden Sekundärheilung einherging. In beiden Fällen handelt es sich um ein Duct Bellini-Karzinom (D. B. C.). Sowohl klinische Diagnostik, als auch operative und onkologische Therapie werden ebenso besprochen wie die histopathologische Klassifizierung dieses besonderen Tumortyps.

Abstract

We report on two cases of atypical adenocarcinoma of the kidney. The first is that of a 26-year-old female patient with acute onset of flank pain and gross hematuria, who died after a duration of disease of 3 months. In the second case, the carcinoma was diagnosed secondarily in a 70-year-old woman after long-term treatment of a perirenal abscess. Both patients had a Duct Bellini Carcinoma (D.B.C.). Clinical features, surgical and oncological approaches to treatment, as well as the histopathological classification of the rather rare neoplasm are discussed.
