Zusammenfassung

Ein 46 Jahre alter Patient, bei dem zuvor bei bulbärer Harnröhren-Striktur ein Wallstent in die Urethra eingelegt wurde, kam mit starken Beschwerden bei Dislokation des Stents in unsere Klinik. Wir führten komplikationslos eine transurethrale Wallstent-Extraktion durch, indem wir die einzelnen Drähte mit einer starren Biopsie-Zange entfernten.

Abstract

A 46 year old patient came to our department with acute symptoms of dislocation after implantation of a urethral wallstent because of bulbar stricture. We performed a transurethral extraction without any complications by removing the single wallstent-wires with an inflexible biopsie-forceps.
