The case report describes a double formation of the Wolffian duct. The observation
of an immature epididymis in the vaginal processus and an immature epididymis connected
with an immature cryptorchid testis at the same side could explain the hypothesis
that the epididymis is partly involved in testicular descent.
Es wird eine doppelte Anlage des Wolffschen Ganges beschrieben. Die Beobachtung eines
unreifen Nebenhodens im Processus vaginalis und eines unreifen Nebenhodens an einem
sterilen Bauchhoden läßt vermuten, daß der Nebenhoden beim Descensus testiculorum
eine weit aktivere Rolle, als bis jetzt angenommen, spielt.
