Zusammenfassung

Das primäre maligne Melanom der Harnblase ist selten. Ein junger Mann verstarb im foudroyanten Verlauf eines lokalen Rezidives und multipler Organmetastasen nach radikaler Zystektomie.

Abstract

The primary malignant melanoma is a rare neoplasm of the urinary bladder. A 45-year-old man underwent radical cystectomy for malignant melanoma. Within several weeks a local recurrence and multiple metastases occurred and the patient died.
