Zusammenfassung

Es wird über den 25. Fall eines malignen Mesothelioms der Tunica vaginalis testis berichtet. Die primäre Diagnose konnte wie bislang nur in einem Fall nach zytologischer Untersuchung von Hydrozelenflüssigkeit gestellt werden. Aus den Erfahrungen mit dem vorgestellten Fall wird im Literaturvergleich ein diagnostisch-therapeutisches Konzept vorgestellt.

Abstract

The 25th case of malignant mesothelioma of the tunica vaginalis testis is described. The primary diagnosis could be found - as up to now only in one other case - by cytologic examination of hydrocele fluid. With regard to the experience of the described case in comparison with the literature a diagnostic and therapeutic procedure is suggested.
