Es wird über den Fall eines 59jährigen Patienten mit “endometrioidem” Prostatakarzinom
mit Metastasierung in den Hoden berichtet. Probleme der Diagnostik, Klassifikation
und Therapie des “endometrioiden” Prostatakarzinoms werden diskutiert.
The case of a patient with an “endometrial” carcinoma of the prostate with a testicular
metastasis is reported. According to our knowledge this is the first case described
in the literature. Problems concerning the diagnosis, classification and therapy of
“endometrioid” prostate cancer are discussed.
