Urothelkarzinom - Verlaufsbeobachtung einer panurothelialen Erkrankung über 11 Jahre

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über einen Patienten mit multilokulärem Urothelkarzinom. Nach mehrfachen Resektionen eines Harnblasenkarzinoms mit anschließender Bestrahlung erfolgte eine Zystektomie mit Ileumkonduit wegen Schrumpfblasenbildung.

6 bzw. 8 Jahre nach der Blasenentfernung manifestierten sich Urothelkarzinome im Nierenbecken und im Konduit.

Daneben bestand ein Steinleiden und bis zur Zystektomie ein Reflux. Es ist zu diskutieren, ob eine systemische Chemotherapie den Verlauf hätte günstiger beeinflussen können.

Abstract

This article presents a case of a patient with multifocal urothelial cancer.

After repeated transurethral electroresections of a bladder tumor followed by radiotherapy, a cystectomy with ilial conduit urinary diversion was performed because of a contracted bladder. Urothelial cancer was discovered in the renal pelvis and the ilial conduit after 6 and 8 years, respectively. Futhermore the patient suffered from urolithiasis and of a vesicorenal reflux prior to cystectomy.
