Rezidivierende urotheliale Tumoren in Einzelnieren mil Anschluß eines Kolonsegments an das Nierenbecken

Zusammenfassung

Bei zwei Patienten mit einem Übergangszellkarzinom des Nierenbeckens bei Einzelniere bzw. hochgradig eingeschränkter Funktion der kontralateralen Niere wurde nach Entfernung des Ureters und der subtotalen Resektion des Nierenbeckens ein pyelo-kolo-kutanes Conduit angelegt, das die endoskopische Kontrolle und Behandlung von zu erwartenden Nierenbecken- und Kelchrezidivtumoren erlaubt.

Abstract

We report the treatment in two patients with transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis, one with a solitary kidney and the other with a highly compromised function in the contralateral kidney. The treatment consisted of ureterectomy and subtotal renal pelvic resection followed by construction of a pyelocutaneous colon conduit. This method enables the endoscopic control and treatment of recidivous renal pelvic or caliceal tumours.
