Summary

Isokinetic has been proved to be one main component of a complex muscle training in the field of rehabilitation. With the help of the isokinetic system Cybex 340 objective and reproducible muscle tests can be carried out.

On the basis of data gained, an effective and careful muscle training is possible. Both an individual training programm and a good control is the main advantage of the isokinetic muscle training.

Zusammenfassung

Die Isokinetik hat sich als ein Baustein eines komplexen Muskeltrainings in der Rehabilitation bewährt. Das isokinetische System Cybex 340 ermöglicht die Durchführung objektiver und reproduzierbarer Muskeltests. Auf der Basis der so gewonnenen Werte ist dann ein effektives und schonendes Muskeltraining möglich. Dabei ist insbesondere die individuelle Trainingsgestaltung sowie die gute Trainingskontrolle und -Steuerung von Vorteil.
